License agreement for Finances Pro

A non-exclusive license to use the advanced features of Finances for a paid period of one month or one year. No automatic recurring charges.

This is an English translation for reading convenience, not a new offer or a change to the existing agreement. Section 11.3 of the Russian original specifies Russian as the language of the agreement and correspondence. Checkout is currently in Russian. This document is a public offer by individual entrepreneur Antonova Vladilena Andreevna (the “Licensor”) to enter into a license agreement granting the right to use the advanced features of the Finances computer program on the terms below, under Article 437(2) and Articles 1235 and 1286 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

1. Definitions

Program: The Finances computer program for iPhone and iPad (iOS and iPadOS), intended for personal financial record keeping, the exclusive right to which belongs to the Licensor. The Program is distributed free of charge through the App Store.
Pro Features: The Program's advanced features: the “Analytics” tier — advanced analytics (charts, category breakdowns, trends, largest expenses and forecasts); and the “Analytics + Assistant” tier — Analytics features and the built-in assistant.

Licensee: A person who accepts this offer.
Paid Period: One calendar month or one calendar year, as chosen by the Licensee at payment. It begins when payment is received; for a renewal, it begins at the end of the current Paid Period.
Access Code: A unique sequence of characters in the format XXXX-XXXX-XXXX that unlocks Pro Features in the Program for the Paid Period.
Trial Period: Seven calendar days of free Pro Features use from the first launch of a Program version that includes Pro Features (1.2 or later). All other Program features are free without a time limit.

2. Subject of the agreement

2.1. The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive license to use the selected tier of Pro Features for their intended purpose during the Paid Period, and the Licensee pays a license fee.

2.2. The license applies worldwide.

2.3. The exclusive right to the Program is not transferred to the Licensee. This agreement is not an agreement for services, work or the sale of goods.

2.4. The Program's core features — accounts, transactions, planning and goals — are provided free of charge and are not governed by this agreement.

3. Formation of the agreement

3.1. Payment for a Paid Period on the Website constitutes acceptance of this offer. Before paying, the Licensee checks “I accept the terms of the offer”; payment is not possible without this selection.

3.2. By paying, the Licensee confirms that they have read and fully and unconditionally accept the agreement.

3.3. The agreement is concluded when payment is received.

4. Fee and payment

Analytics: 199 rubles per month or 1,990 rubles per year.
Analytics + Assistant: 350 rubles per month or 3,490 rubles per year.

4.1. The fee is paid once for the chosen Paid Period. There are no automatic recurring charges.

4.2. The fee is not subject to VAT because the Licensor applies the simplified taxation system.

4.3. Cashless payments are made through the Robokassa payment service. Bank card details are not passed to or stored by the Licensor.

4.4. A fiscal receipt is issued and sent to the Licensee in accordance with Federal Law No. 54-FZ.

4.5. Changes to fees do not affect periods already paid for.

5. Renewal and upgrade

5.1. To renew access, the Licensee pays for a new Paid Period on the Website, specifying their Access Code. The new period is added to the end of the current period; the Access Code remains unchanged.

5.2. Paying for Analytics + Assistant using an Analytics Access Code upgrades the code's tier. The tier is not downgraded before paid periods end.

6. Delivery of the Access Code

6.1. The Access Code is displayed to the Licensee on the Website immediately after successful payment and sent to their email address if provided at payment. The Licensee is responsible for saving the code.

6.2. The Licensor's obligation to provide the license is fulfilled when the Access Code is displayed to the Licensee.

6.3. To unlock Pro Features, the Licensee enters the Access Code in the Program: Settings → Finances Pro → Enter Access Code.

6.4. If the code is lost, the Licensee may contact the Licensor with the order number or purchase email. The code is resent free of charge.

7. Scope of rights and restrictions

7.1. The Licensee may use the Access Code on their own devices. Each code is limited to ten activations. The Licensee should contact the Licensor to increase this limit.

7.2. The Licensee may not transfer the Access Code to third parties, distribute or rent it, or grant sublicenses; or modify, decompile or disassemble the Program except as expressly permitted by Article 1280 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

7.3. Transferring the Access Code to third parties is grounds for termination of the license without a refund.

8. Technical requirements

8.1. The Program is intended for iPhone and iPad running iOS or iPadOS 18 or later. Before paying, the Licensee must check that their device meets the requirements; the Trial Period is provided for this purpose.

8.2. Internet access is required to activate the Access Code and periodically check its expiry. Without a connection, Pro Features remain available for no more than 30 days after the last successful check, and never beyond the Paid Period.

8.3. The assistant runs on the device using rules built into the Program and is not a financial, investment or legal adviser. Its information is for reference only.

9. Refunds

9.1. Before activating the Access Code, the Licensee may withdraw from the agreement and obtain a full refund by contacting the Licensor using the details in section 13.

9.2. After the Access Code is activated, the license for the Paid Period is considered provided and the fee is non-refundable, except as described in clause 9.3.

9.3. If Pro Features cannot be used for reasons attributable to the Licensor — in particular, if the Access Code cannot be activated — and the Licensor has not remedied the obstacle within ten working days after being contacted, the Licensee may request a full refund.

9.4. A refund is made through the original payment method within ten working days after the refund is agreed. The Access Code is then cancelled.

10. Personal data and information processed

10.1. To operate Pro Features, the Licensor processes the Access Code, its tier and expiry, activation count, order number and payment time.

10.2. The Program sends only the Access Code to the Licensor when activating and checking expiry. It does not send device identifiers or the Licensee's financial data (accounts, transactions, plans or goals); these are stored on the device.

10.3. An email address is processed if provided at payment and is used exclusively to send the Access Code, fiscal receipt and replies to enquiries.

10.4. Robokassa processes payment details; they are not transferred to the Licensor.

10.5. Processing is carried out in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006. By accepting this offer, the Licensee consents to processing. Consent may be withdrawn using the contact details in section 13; withdrawal terminates the license.

11. Support and dispute resolution

11.1. Enquiries, including Access Code and refund enquiries, should be sent to hello@ecomvision.team. The response period is no more than ten working days.

11.2. A pre-trial claim procedure is mandatory. Disputes not resolved through that procedure are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.

11.3. The language of the agreement and correspondence is Russian.

12. Liability and duration

12.1. The Program and Pro Features are provided “as is”. The Licensor is not liable for lost profits or indirect losses, including those arising from decisions the Licensee makes based on information from the Program. The Licensor's total liability is limited to the fee actually paid for the Paid Period in which the grounds for liability arose.

12.2. The agreement remains in force until the end of the last Paid Period. This offer takes effect when published on the Website and remains in effect until withdrawn by the Licensor. Changes do not apply to Paid Periods that began before the changes were published.
